Our Return Policy
We put a whole lot of heart into every piece we send out, and we hope you love what you receive. Because most items are made to order and often customized,most sales are a final sale. However, in the event that the item is not custom we will issue a store credit to be used on a future purchase.

A Few Friendly Reminders
All samples, sale items, and rush orders are final sale.
Rush fees are nonrefundable.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Store Credits are offered on items not personalized or custom made.
A 25% restocking fee will apply on some returns.
Refunds won’t be issued for items returned damaged or without approval.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Please note: Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without approval or outside of the return window cannot be accepted.
